Mike Prince
Mike Prince doesn’t coach men through theories. He coaches them through the lived experience of having to rebuild himself from the ground up … and choosing to do it consciously.
After years of operating at full speed … chasing performance, adventure, and external validation … Mike arrived at a question most men feel but few admit: “Is this actually the life I want, or just the one I built?”
A severe battle with Lyme disease stripped him of his physical strength, his identity, and everything he thought it meant to be strong. What followed wasn’t a quick recovery. It was a complete recalibration … one that led him deep into breathwork, nervous system regulation, meditation, and intentional living. Not as trends. As tools for survival, and then for leading.
Today, as a husband and father of three boys, Mike integrates his background in business leadership with those hard-won practices … guiding men through their own recalibration in 1:1 coaching, community, and immersive retreats.
“A man can win in business and still feel like he’s losing where it counts. The Conscious Man Project exists to raise the standard of what it means to lead as a man … where strength includes emotional depth, and leadership begins at home.”
“It gave me an opportunity to find some individuals who are going through similar things in life and are willing to be open about how we talk about it, how we deal with it and even tools and methods we can put in our backpack to carry on and move forward with a higher sense of purpose and how to deal and manage those feelings. It was exactly what I needed and I’m very thankful for the experience.”

“I was really missing connection with other men. I grew up playing sports & have always thrown myself into different immersions. I love the energy of hanging out with other like-minded guys where I can learn something new about myself and grow. To all those guys out there that have second guessed coming into a space like this, I say do like me and say “hell yes”. It’s an amazing opportunity and everyone fits.”

“Hearing everyone’s stories and what they’ve gone through in life, it really makes you want to open up as well. Which is a huge thing. I dug deep.
Things that I don’t really think about and push down.
The connection that you make with everyone by having deep, meaningful conversations … it’s just phenomenal.”
